Introductory Textile Science

    This course is a distance learning course.  It is required that you have access to the World Wide Web and e-mail through your FSU garnet account.   will be provided by means of e-mail and the course web page for updates, reading assignments, exam study guides, course notes, etc.
    If your FSU e-mail account is not already active, it should be ready for use no later than September 5.  After that date, you will be responsible for accessing the web page on a regular basis and using e-mail as a form of communication.  IF YOU PREFER TO USE AN E-MAIL ACCOUNT OTHER THAN YOUR FSU GARNET ACCOUNT, YOU CAN HAVE YOUR GARNET ACCOUNT FORWARDED TO AOL, YAHOO, HOTMAIL, ETC.   Follow the directions below for activating your account; there are also directions on the web site for forwarding your mail.
    All Florida State University students are provided free access to e-mail and the internet; there are computers available at several locations on campus.  You will need your FSU ID card and you social security number to register.

To get to the course web page, go to    campus.fsu.edu.  Your list of courses will come on the screen and you can click directly on this course.
